This is a single wheel motor that attaches to a wheelchair. The batteries are flat and cannot be recharged (I've tried but you can find some on the internet for £60). Everything else including the battery charger work. This item is not for resale so state why you need it. As this is for those with disabilities I want to see a blue badge of the person it will be going to. Item is very heavy.
