Clear jam jars (BN20)

Hi I can see three messsges on
my iPad about these ( or animal roofing ) but it just won’t load. But now I’ve downloaded it to my phone I can’t see any messages. I do apologise if I’ve let anyone down but if you’d be kind enough to offer again I assume I’ll get them on my phone ?!
