Raleigh Balmoral Hercules restoration project (Grove Vale B43)

I had this bike as another one of my restoration projects.

Basically it's a very good old bike.
Rusty so needs painting and stablising
Tyres shot so new tyres and brakes
Mechanical sound , that's why I was going to restore it.

Unfortunately I don't have time and it would be a shame to dump it in the tip as these old bikes are mechanically sound. Not like the modern cheap rubbish. ( I have a beautiful 1980 Earnie Clements Falcon Black Diamond racer)

Any takers before it sadly gets dumped.
