Men's bike (Pooley Bridge CA10)

Hi, my son is looking for work but it's hard to find places he can get to by bus- a bike would really increase his range. He would appreciate any reasonably functional bike, it doesn't have to be beautiful, but he's quite tall (6'22") so it would need to be a decent size. Can collect.
