Alton cedar framed greenhouse. (Neville's Cross DH1)

My neighbors are about to replace their old Alton cedar framed greenhouse and have asked me to see if it may be of interest or use to any freegle recyclers. As photographs show, it is still in use but the timber frame is in poor condition in some places and a glass pane at the back is missing. A practical handy person should be able to dismantle it and replace the damaged portions without too much difficulty. Alternatively, the glass panes are made from toughened glass and could be of use to a gardener for replacing their own glass, or for use in making cold frames or cloches. The replacement greenhouse is due to be installed fairly soon, so anyone interested in taking the greenhouse or the glazing will need to make themselves know as quickly as possible via the chat facility, so I can put them in touch with the householder to discuss what is possible.
