Xmus tree / 75 gl tank and stand (close to down town)

White xmus tree seven foot half the lights work. Smoke and Roach free home i love this tree but i am moving. Tree is in a storage bag. 75 gallon fish tank with solid wood stand the glass just needs to be cleaned. no fish died in the tank i just sized down for the move. First come first serve on both. I can not help load anything. the tank is not bad the stand takes two people.,
