Coloured Emulsion Paint/wallpaper (IP1 ipswich)

Hi all! My home is in desperate need of repainting, and I have no budget! If anyone has any useable coloured emulsion that they don’t need, let me know! It would be great if anyone had shades of green/blue. Also, wallpaper would be great!
