Security cameras for marine use ? (Stroud GL5)

I bought these speculatively at an auction a few years ago, but never did anything with them. From research, the firm that makes these (Bradley Engineering) supplied security equipment for use on marine vessels. The first item is an Ellipticam (first 5 photos) which appears to be a tilt and pan security camera in a dome housing. The second item is a Rollcam (last 3 photos) which appears to be a self-levelling camera in a tube. I have no idea if either of these functions, but both look very clean inside, and I doubt that either has seen active service. May be of use to a hobbyist ?
