Summary: 2 dysons, 1 with poor battery but multiple attachments, the other 1 smells a bit and has only 1 attachment but works well and battery is so-so. 1 charger that works on both.

I got these on Facebook marketplace for £20 to use while we moved house before we got a new one.

There's a dyson V6 animal (purple, only 1 long attachment) and a dyson V7 animal (pink, multiple attachments). 1 charger only, works on both of them.

They were advertised as having poor battery life, one of the batteries has been replaced in the past (not by me). I found battery life was very bad on the pink V7, the purple V6 wasn't terrible but probably needs a replacement too.

The purple V6 smells a bit - I think the people we got them from had dogs. It bothered my partner enough to not use it much, but I haven't attempted to change the filter or anything.

I can't vouch for the pink V7 as did not use it beyond testing the battery, but the purple V6 had good suction and the attachment worked.

Maybe someone can repair/clean these or make temporary use of them like we did?
