It does not read any disc, as the eject function does not work. The apps do not work. The only thing that works is screen mirroring and maybe the Bluetooth. You can mirror your smartphone screen to the TV. You can also start a picture slideshow with a USB stick connected.

For the screen mirroring to work, you must have a Samsung TV and Samsung remote with the blue colored button on it that says D , as you need to press it to start screen mirroring. Remotes from other brands do not have it.

For audio to come out, you need to have a separate sound system and/or speakers connected to it (or possibly the TV), as no audio comes out through the HDMI (at least when I tried it). No power cable or HDMI cables included. Recommended for advanced users.

If no one wants it, I am throwing it in the trash.
