I have a 3-foot mattress PU cover that encases a 3-foot mattress. It is a medical-grade PI cover that has a heavy-duty zip. This is an excess cover; it has no rips or tears in it and is as new. It is a wipe-clean vinyl cover from foam for Comfort Company.
