Adult bike (not working) (Storrs S6)

Approx 17 years old, not been used much, stored in shed but a bit rusty. The brakes seem to work ok but the gears don’t and the pedals only engage with the wheel off and on. So needs a fair bit of work to get it on the road. Older child seat on back
