This has been enjoyed for many years, and the outside floor on the balcony bit has rotted, as rain sits on it. I believe the house itself is still alright, so could maybe be adapted to sit on the ground, or new slats put on the balcony perhaps, but I'm no expert! Relatively new acrylic in the windows, and roof re-felted.
