A4 printer/scanner/copier (Stapleton. BS16)

HP Deskjet F4580 colour printer, scanner & copier. Probably 12-13 years old.
Prints OK but has a slight shadow print that I can’t solve.
Manual can be found on the HP site.
It also doesn't work with my computer so I’d recommend checking the compatibility with yours.
