House clearance (Blyth NE24)

From a smoker house hold, I will try and clean/ make it smell nice.
Collection from Blyth or I may be able to deliver X
Maybe ok for someone starting out X
I still have left, gas eye level grill cooker, kettle, brand new, beuraux in need of tlc, 2 double wardrobes, seen better days, but again ok if you're desperate, 3 seater sofa and chair, these will need a clean, single bed, no mattress, random cutterlry, knives, pans, loads of frying pans various sizes, broken washer that only has 1 working program, and the spin program, chest of draws, again seen better days, but ok if desperate.
