All in perfect condition: zips, wheels, handle,.. I was using it to store some materials but it better goes for someone that can give it better use. Main material is plastic so I presume it does well under rain but it might not be fully waterproof.
Bag is 36*40*22cm approx.
Handle is 77cm when extended.
