TV no remote or power lead (Battersea SW11)

42” lg tv, no remote or power lead. I’m putting it on for a friend, I tested it with my kettle lead and it does power on but can’t tune it as no remote. If you have the time and inclination it may come back to life. I understand it’s an early plasma model so is heavy on electric use and heavy for a flat screen. Pick up from 2nd floor, no lift.
