Medium dog pram/pushchair (Bricknells Meadow OX28)

My dear niece's dear cockerpoo has become unable to walk due to a spinal injury (there is a small chance that he will recover) and they desperately need a pet pram so he can get out. If you have a suitable one, we would be most grateful.
