Double stroller (Lower bottoms)

Looking for a double stroller and baby boy clothes.... This is lilly 2yr old and and logan who was born 3 most premature. He is finally up to 8 lbs. Still needs oxygen but is doing well.... I'm still looking for a double stroller and a harness and tether (for Lily) for this family, momma has her hands full....if anyone can help we really appreciate it...,they are in Oakland ,but I can pick up local
