Dell 3100CN Colour Laser Printer (Heavy!) (Enfield EN1)

Dell 3100CN colour laser printer - works via Ethernet (which I use) or USB on Win10 using the Dell Open Print Driver (free downloadable). It produces a white line down the edge which I’ve never got rid of. I thought the corona wire needed heavy cleaning but couldn’t access it. I bought a new £140 drum which has been in the printer for a week, but the line is still there at the edge of the printout. (I got the printer on Freegle pre-covid). It can take two reams of paper and can print on 160gsm card which I have done. It is HUGE and HEAVY weighs 69.5 pounds (31.5 kg) 533 mm (Height) x 424 mm (Width) x 419 mm (Depth). I'm sorry but my health prevents me assisting in lifting this. (On ground floor and off-street parking) An unused cyan toner comes with it. I just can't spend any more time getting rid of the thick white line, and I don't really have a need nowadays for colour printing.
