We tried these with our 16+yo kitty when his kidney numbers dipped but he didn't like the flavor. This is for senior cats with kidney issues - it helps dilute their urine and keep them hydrated. It comes in liquid packets that you can either pour into a bowl or use as a "topping" on dry food.
