Dell Inspiron 3670 Desktop Computer. The computer powers up and loads Windows and can be successfully set up but runs incredibly slowly as to be of little practical use. Not sure what is wrong with it - possibly a faulty memory issue or possibly some software/firmware glitch slowing things down.
