Baby pushchair & car seat (Edmonton N18)

I’m looking for a car seat for my friend - she is due in November. She just needs it for getting out of the hospital and no one we know has one. Also if you have a pushchair/pram in good condition that will help too. If you can help, please send me a message - I might not reply straight away but I will as soon as I see it. I drive so anything around 5-7 miles away is okay but please not in central London.Thank you x
