5t winter clothing / stuffed toys (Apex NC)

I am looking for girls 5t winter clothing and stuffed animals for my great grand baby. The baby is 2 going on 3. Has just been diagnosed with water on the brain and cancer on the brain. She will be taking chemo on Thursday. The cancer has already spread To her spine. Looking also pJs. She needs them badly. If you have some you no longer need please let me know. Also prayers are always welcome. Her mother is a single parent. Also looking for booster seat for the car. She is tall for her age. So we have to go to a car booster seat. Thank you and blessings.
