tall boots (Lincoln Square)

Hi everyone! I'm searching for a pair of tall boots that can handle a splash of water or two and wool socks size 8-9.5 in women's. Color is welcomed and adored! I've been scouring the thrift stores, but have unfortunately been unsuccessful. I have classes in the mornings and early afternoons, but can pick up afterwards in any borough at your earliest convenience. Thank you so much in advance!
