The sofa bed itself is quite old and has some wear and rare on one arm and the back but the mattress is a year and a half old and only been used 6 times when guests have stayed over.

It's quite heavy so you will need a couple of people to carry it. Hopefully someone can get some use out of it as we really need the space and I'd hate to see it go to the dump.
