Apparently this is an Essential Oil Diffuser.
Please make sure you read the MANUAL before use.
As I undrstand, you put water in it then put a few dropps of essential oil on top of the water, and it will evaporate the fluids, hence it will fill the room with that scent.
It works by pluggin into a wall socket.
