Three heavy books illustrating every species of plant in the northern United States (Newfoundland to southern edge of Virgian), published by Dover in 1970. Handy for anyone who wants to see illustrations of all the sedges, rushes, grasses, and much more. Many kinds of meadow rue and hedge-hyssop and duckweed.
Some of these plants grow in Washtenaw County. There is no key, and no color, just hand drawn illustrations.
Each book is over 1" thick. Very impressive addition to any bookshelf.
