Henry hoover or similar (Sidley TN39)

Sammy needs a hoover like Henry. It is what we use at home and therefore knows how to empty it etc.
We have been lucky enough to be given hoovers for Sammy but she just cannot get a grip of how they need to be emptied, even though she has been shown several times now.
Can anyone help please? 🙏🏻
