I'm requesting dahlia (Newport News, VA (23601))

I want to start a dahlia rescue group. I'm looking to receive bulbs that didn't get planted this year and won't keep until next year, potted dahlia you are tossing etc. I grow lots of dahlia and find that many varieties are getting lost or sold mislabeled.
