These are Google Nest WiFi units.
    • The larger round pucks with the “G” logo are part of the Google Nest WiFi system.
    • One acts as the router (connects directly to your broadband modem).
    • The others are points (mesh extenders) that spread strong WiFi around your home.
    • They also double as Google Assistant smart speakers, so you can use voice commands, play music, or control smart devices.
    • The white plug and cable are the power adapters for the units.

So basically, it’s a mesh WiFi system that replaces (or works with) your normal router to give you better coverage throughout the house.
