Terrarium x2 or 3ft vivarium x2 (Racecourse)

My daughters birthday is today she has low functioning autism she loves my cresties so we have brought her two but we were supposed to be gifted enclosures we have food vitamins bedding hides enrichment but no tanks the gecko arrive tomorrow she's confused and angry she don't understand why they are not there I feel so bad o done have a penny till the 30th pls can someone please help me she also has a long tailed Lizard that keeps escaping
