Electric cooker (The Maltings CB4)

We are looking for for a flat topped electric cooker for our family of 5, we are wanting to switch from gas to electric when the council do our kitchen renewal but will only do it if its on the property on the date of the renewal , we have had alot of expenses this year and can't afford new, unfortunately we dont drive so would need to be dropped off, Thank you in advance
