Apparel fabric (Bolton, MA)

FREE: Fabric for a sewing project. Would be great for palazzo pants or a long skirt. Comes with thread and elastic. Not sure whether cotton or other, but it's silky not stiff. Approx dimensions in inches: 58 selvage to selvage by 69 long. Please only respond if you can pick up in Bolton. Thanks!
