Structurally in very good condition. The slates have bowed in some places. Comes with mattress (if you would like it) that has the extension pieces so it can be pulled out into a single bed.

Comes dismantled. Only needs an Allen key to put back together which is in the screw bag. Instructions on the IKEA website.
