Bought it used, have used it for many years, but need the space it occupies for other things. It is quite comfortable. However, the springs that hold up the cushion has broken off the frame at on one of the four sides. It has no problem holding my or my wife's weight (around 150 pounds) but cannot promise a long life for someone a lot heavier.
Note that it comes with a foot rest. Also, we might need help bringing it up a staircase and out of the door.
