LED G4 Bulbs for a lamp - Lordswood (Lords Wood ME5)

If anyone has any unwanted ones of these... Weird LED Bulbs...

The company told me it was one bulb - But then it turns out that google images tell me it is an LED 'G4' bulb and not the bulb they told me...
No a bulb I have ever seen in a shop :\
