I brought this for my hamster sometime ago and they didn't really take to it, so it was only in their cage for a short time. It is in perfect condition. I would recommend the cover and base be washed before use for hygiene purposes. There are instructions for heating it on the back of the pad.

I am flexible with collection times as I work from home and I can leave this item outside if need be, however please reply with a potential collection time and day.
