90" Nice Couch (West Sacramento/Bridge Dist)

Hello,

My beloved large couch does not fit in my new apartment. Please bring at least two strong people to respectfully pick up from my 2nd story apartment and give this beauty a new second home.

Original owner, bought new from Macy's in May 2023, well taken care of (my first brand new couch). Coming from one clean and bug-free household with one healthy cat. Frame and cushions are sturdy and in great condition.

Includes two accent pillows that came with the couch. Cushion and pillow covers are machine washable.

Blemish: the right arm of the couch is sun-bleached from being in front of a window and next to a cat tree for two years. The color is now distorted on that side of the couch below the arm, see pics. Easy remedy would be to lay an Ikea designer cushion cover over this arm, and nobody would ever know.

This couch is comfortable and beautiful and sturdy. I will miss it.
