This is a nearly new (used twice) rechargeable Ryobi weed eater, along with a new package of replacement spools.

The Caveat: it does not have a charger — but — they’re available online (links below).

This was one of many items cleaned out of my neighbor’s shed when her health went downhill and she had to sell her home. We looked everywhere (shed and house) and never found the battery charger.

So you’d need to buy the battery charger, which ranges from $16 to $48 depending on where you buy them. Examples:
