Sofa - Ethan Allen - Fair Condition (Concord)

You will need to bring two strong people to move this from a first story. We have loved this sofa but it was time for a change. There is some wear on arms but the arm covers are pristine as we never used them. Some light stains here and there but nothing jarring. We always used a couple throws to hide. Very heavy and sturdy construction, cushions are feather and foam and comfy soft canvas. Please provide suggested time and dates you can come, and I can confirm one that works. Dimensions are as follows:
