Soft briefcase (Kew) (North Sheen TW9)

This needs a bit of cleaning but is otherwise in close-to-new condition. Made by a New York State specialist in soft-sided bags and luggage that are made to last. It does not have padding for a laptop (though you can fit one in a sleeve easily), but easily fits papers and folders, and is big enough to function as an overnight bag.
