Foam for a project? (Paulton BS39)

I have a king size mattress, the grey top panel could be removed and there is a lot of foam left that could be repurposed. It’s always been used with a mattress protector but the top layer could be taken off and discarded.

You would need a large vehicle and ratchet straps to probably fold it in half?
