Very large dolls house with some barbie dolls or cheap dolls, I can't remember! and furniture on offer. Two panels have come out the back, just need slotting in. It is so large that we had to break it down a bit to get in the back of our large car (we have had wardrobes and a 2 seater sofa in our car!) So, a van or maybe if you are happy to undo some screws to get it in a car to collect.
