Vacuum cleaner (Nest Farm area NN8)

This is not the most efficient vacuum cleaner - doesn’t like long pile carpets. It comes with attachments, has a good motor and works well otherwise.
Due to its age, the collection bin has to be taped on because it works itself loose but someone with a bit of tech knowledge may be able to fix that ??
