Old rusty kitchen knives (Cottle's Oak BA11)

Hi Im looking for old kitchen or table knives to use to make clay carving tools. I can’t use stainless steel as I cannot get a good sharp edge on it. I need the softer carbon steel or similar. If you have any old knives rusting away in boxes I’d love to make use of them! Many thanks, Eleanor
