Monitor for a HDMI LAPTOP (Thornhill WF12)

Hi there bit of a long shot but last night my laptop screen went caput and the main screen doesn't work however it works on the HDMI through the TV which is very odd..so I'm in need of a monitor that takes a HDMI.. I dont Drive however I can collect if local any help will be appreciated
