Car/moped/electric scooter/bike (TQ3 Paignton)

I have found myself in need of a free run around..

Long story short;
Had a vauxhall Corsa c for 12 years. It would never die. After resisting for years, under pressure from many to upgrade with new kids arriving, I had to scrap it in June 2022. I drove it onto the back of the trailer which picked it up to take for scrapping. WORST decision ever.

Bought a golf... Got written off outside my house (parked) by a drink driver.

Then, I invested in a Volvo estate thinking it'll be my next Corsa.... And a decent family car.

Engine blew (without any warning) last week.
It's out of warranty.
Insurance won't cover it.
So I'm buggered currently.

I need anything to give me a couple of months reprieve to sort things out and build funds.

If anyone has anything that they wouldn't mind lending (I would return it obviously) it would get me out of a real bind.

If you don't ask you don't get... I've no expectation of anything but I thought it's worth a try.

I would take full responsibility for it while having it (I know that's difficult without changing ownership but I am honest and am happy to work it out whether that be contract or whatever).
