Standing Lamp (functional) (Silver Spring)

This lamp is functional still and all the wiring is good, but the stem disconnected and we don't know how to fix it (as you can see, we made some feeble chopstick based attempts). The lamp shade is also ripped up, but cheap to replace. Alternatively it doesn't look bad without a shade. It's a fixer upper, but it's free!
