Full size Bed metal Frame (S. Sac 95823)

In my mother's area, there is a Free Full size bed metal frame that is out on the street on the sidewalk for anyone to take. It's on the corner/intersection of Denslow Way and Maybelline Way in-between kinda in front of a couple of houses by the sidewalk with a Free sign. It has been there for at least 2-3 weeks now. This area is off of Valley Hi close to Center Parkway, 95823 zip code. This is not in my possession but I keep seeing it there at this spot.
